Field Management

As a long established firm with a reputation for “being the best” and “doing it right”, it was an easy transition into managing others to deliver similar results.

Our field management division was started based on client request. Due to our successful relationship, a long standing client called upon us to manage their projects which include many details, special equipment set-ups, and low incidence recruits that require dedication and endurance. This relationship remains in place today along with others who have requested our field management services for qualitative research.

Our field management services include:

  • Locate reliable data collection facilities, obtain pricing and availability
  • Submit a consolidated proposal from all markets
  • Review screener/questionnaire and make suggestions
  • Prepare facility instructions and other documents necessary to execute the project
  • Conduct telephone briefing with the facility
  • Maintain communication, obtain status from facilities, and ensure accuracy of recruits to specifications
  • Keep client informed of status to include success and concerns
  • Provide facility with advance payment and final payment

Entrust us with your field management project and our dedicated, experienced staff will help to ensure a smooth and successful project.

“I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience we had last week at the Idea Center. The staff (especially Carol) were wonderful, they took great care of my clients and kept us informed all day of the response rate and trying to get everyone to show up. We had horrible weather to deal with but we only lost 3 people and they were able to get some of the later ones re-scheduled to come earlier in the day. That was so nice for everyone! The food was delicious and perfect. One client was so excited because she was actually able to eat a gluten free sandwich. I think that alone will convince them to use your facility again in the future. Personally I was thankful that the recruit was as good as we could get it and the respondents were all qualified. All in all it was great. ”
